RETURN POLICY & INSTRUCTIONS

Return Instructions:

You have 30 days from receipt of product to initiate a return. We only accept returns for items purchased at roammoutdoors.com. All items must be returned in original, unused condition and must include all original packaging. A refund will be issued within 7-10 business days for the purchase price to the credit card or PayPal account that you used to make the purchase.

  2. We will provide a return label and instructions for the return.
  3. Return product in original packaging including all packing material.
  4. You will be notified when we receive your package.
  5. To cover return shipping fees, $12 will be deducted from your refund amount.

How to Make a Roamm Warranty Claim:

  2. If we determine that a replacement or repair is necessary, you will be issued a free return shipping label.
    IMPORTANT NOTE: When shipping an item back to us, please carefully package the item in an appropriately sized box. Please note that most of our packs use internal frames and should not be bent during shipment as excessive bending could damage the pack, for this reason poly bags and mailers should not be used with framed packs.

We will replace or repair your item as quickly as possible. Turn around times will fluctuate depending on the season.


If after our review, your Roamm item does not qualify for free replacement or free repair due to reasons listed in our warranty, your item may still be eligible for repair. You will be responsible for shipping the item to us and we will provide an estimated cost of repair and will not proceed without your approval. Average repair turnaround time is 4-6 weeks depending on the season. We will cover the shipping cost to return the item back to you.

 If your item is not repairable it will be returned to you at no charge along with a 25% off “That really sucks” discount code.
