Ingredients
:
7 ounce chicken breast pouch
3 packages Ramen noodles
1 cup shelled peanuts
1/2 cup Asian sesame dressing
Before Hitting the Trail:
Crush peanuts into pieces with the bottom of a mug or bowl. Pack in a zip seal bag.
At Camp:
Boil water and cook ramen noodles. Drain noodles. (Pro-tip: Save the seasoning packet to spice up a different recipe like rice or soup!) Stir the chicken and dressing into a pot and cook for one minute. Sprinkle the crushed peanuts on top and serve.
